Four steps for reviwing new code or data for the CISM_DX package:

1. Is it easy to get the code running in stand-alone mode?

2. Is a demo included that shows the typical usage of the code?
   (If applicable, does is provide a comparison with a figure or result in a published paper or
    other work?)

3. Are the comments sufficient for others to be able to study, modify, or 
   improve upon the code?

4. Is a brief description of the code included?
